Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Stilez, operated by DUIBL LLC (“Stilez,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of the Stilez mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or create accounts to evade limits or bans.
3. The service
Stilez provides AI-assisted style feedback and wardrobe tools, including outfit ratings, closet organization, fit suggestions, and image processing such as background removal. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove features over time.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Some features require a paid subscription, sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Managing or cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions (or the App Store). Deleting your Stilez account does not cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel it through Apple.
- Free trials/limits: any unused portion of a free allowance is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we generally cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- Prices and plans are shown in the App and on the App Store and may change with notice as permitted by the App Store rules.
5. AI features: important disclaimer
Stilez’s feedback, scores, suggestions, and other outputs are automated opinions for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not professional, medical, or financial advice, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not to your taste. You are responsible for your own choices. Do not rely on the App for any decision where errors could cause harm.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates others’ rights or privacy;
- Upload photos of other people without their permission;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass limits, security, or the paywall of the App or our backend;
- Use the App to build a competing dataset or service, or to violate any law or third-party terms (including those of our AI providers).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Stilez a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the App’s features to you (for example, transmitting an image to an AI provider to return a rating), as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, branding (“Stilez”), and software are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to use the App, no rights are transferred to you. Generated example product images are provided for inspiration only.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (Apple, cloud infrastructure, subscription management, and AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STILEZ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stilez harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 5, 7-12, 14) survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Stilez agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law.
15. Apple-required terms
These Terms are between you and Stilez, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
